    It’s been a long time since I’ve watched this one and it’s one of the few I haven’t watched to death, too. Might have to treat myself.

    I still wonder why they have to sully their past with episodes like “New Kids on the Blecch”, ten years later.

    Was this the only time Hutz actually ran a semi-successful trial? I guess when Bart got run over by Burns he was doing pretty well until Marge got on the stand.

    Unsurprisingly, a case like this did happen after the episode aired. Life truly imitates the Simpsons.

    I think it was a half win for Hutz – Homer settled out of court

    I think we can give him the moral victory.

    Also he was doing pretty well against Freddy Quimby (who was not only guilty, but also innocent of not being guilty) until Bart fessed up
