Watched this one when I got home from work and thought it’d make a nice .gif.

Some moments like these need to be seen in motion to be appreciated.
I’ll take Klasky Csupo animation over the digital Family Guy yellowface e’ery day of the week.
Hear hear!
Klasky-Csupo’s animation was too crude (I prefer their work on Rugrats and Duckman, but not The Simpsons). I prefer Film Roman pre-digital ink and paint.
I cut it to the part just before Krusty opens his eyes and made an avatar with it.
I remember the first time I watched Season 1 in order when I got the DVD, and this was the moment where I realized the leaps and bounds they’d already made in terms of comic timing after just a few months of doing the show. A lot of the visual jokes in the first half of the season are too muddy and fall flat, but this makes me laugh out loud every time I see it.
