Behind The Laughter: Last episode of Classic Simpsons. SNPP members, if not for “the incident” stopping episode capsule reviews mid season 13 should just say it… This is the last episode.
Dunno what you mean by incident, nor why you keep calling out to “SNPP Members” as if the site is still active…
…ly keeping track on new episodes, is what I meant to say. But still, yeah. (Though using the term “Classic” here at this point is stretching the term a bit, to put it mildly.)
I was referring to, ya know… Give if a title a la Seinfeld. Anyway there are still updates on the site. This episode shoulda been when SNPP called it quotes for good. Thank God the site still stands as a testament to Classic Simpsons.
Autofuck… I meant quits.
I still think Summer of 4’2″, The Old Man and the Lisa, and Trash of the Titans would have made better finales. This episode pretty much tells viewers, “We’ve given up on Classic Simpsons. Please enjoy our new show ‘Family Guy with Jaundice’ for the next 26 years…maybe longer. And since our viewers are whiny, anal nerds, we’re going to still call this show The Simpsons because to not do so will cause the our more rabid fans to rise from their subterranean wardens and burn our summer homes, which we bought with the cash they paid us so they can own our show on home video.”
