Kinda surprised that line about “gay robots” was able to pass through, considering a lot of children watch the show….not to mention perhaps a good number of homosexuals who also watch.

Not the most PC line Simpsons have ever had, but it weren’t too bad. It was merely a throwaway gag of an obvious trope of campy C-3PO which was later recycled in the Futurama Global Warming Episode. The only thing bad in this scene was the surprisingly poor impression of C-3PO, they might as well have got Anthony Daniels in to do those two lines x

The problem is they’re really fucking gay. You can’t come with gayer designs than this. And Chewbacca looks like a giant hairy yeti Norseman who came across an aging Indiana Jones dude and they had some adventures together.
But the gayest of them all is Kylo Ren. This guy makes Severus Snape appear manly.

Kylo Ren is meant to be an angsty teen playing at Darth Vader, if he was manly it would’ve missed the point of his character being a wannabe, he is this Trilogy trying to do a more credible version of Anakin Skywalker in the prequels. Whether that is what people want in a Star Wars villain is down to the individual, I personally enjoyed Kylo Ren. x

Uh no, for fuck’s sake this guy has little to nothing to do with Darth Vader. In fact, if I see his unmasked face in Ep. VIII again, I’ll just file in a complain to the fucker. Anakin… Dude, Anakin was menacing, even when he was shown being in love with Padme. This Ben Solo guy is anything but menacing. Even when he kills his own father he’s still unsure whether or not Chewbacca will punch him in the face now.

This is one of the best episodes of season 10 in my opinion. The jokes are high-quality and mostly in the spirit of the “classic era”.
