Quote of the Day

The Last Temptation of Krust12

“Mom, these are at least two sizes too big.” – Lisa Simpson

“When?” – Bart Simpson
“Oh, you’re both way overdue for a spurt.” – Marge Simpson

One of the few good Gil scenes to my memory.

It was only his second appearance. They hadn’t run him into the ground yet.

He’s always linked in my mind with Lindsay Naegle. Both of them had a couple of good appearances and then Zombie Simpsons tried to make them regulars.

…and trying to make Gil a replacement for Lionel Hutz didn’t help.

I feel like the last good Gil scene was in “Screaming Yellow Honkers” (“Is that Fred? Aw, you said it was over! No, don’t put him on – oh, hiya, Fred, hi!”) I can’t think of one scene he’s been in since then that made me laugh.
