“But first, let’s take a look back at the year 1928. The year when you might’ve seen Al Capone dancing the Charleston on top of a flagpole.” – Kent Brockman

Very underrated joke.
That was my favorite part when I first watched this episode (that and the vision of Bart as a fat, disgusting male stripper).
Also, Maggie driving the family car and no one doing anything about it (the cops comment on how cute it is and Marge just screams, “Oh, my Lord!”)
The Cubs won, the Devil is gonna collect Bart’s soul, and some dedicated Simpson fan made this gif: https://m.imgur.com/Uj6RQbJ?r
that is awesome
He had to fall off at the end.
