Hmm, it actually does, unlike that other flag that had fewer stars than they listed. I guess they learned.

Indeed. I love the sort of formal absurdity of this, like it was never even an official flag (http://www.jeffbridgman.com/inventory/index.php?page=out&id=30), so naturally that’s the one the Springfield library would have.
